Why castiesm prevails in India?

Caste-ism is a social problem persistent in India, since India is a mix of vivid religions. India is more or less like a Continent with such a large cultural heritage, religion and peoples. Our's society consists of various religion and it is further sub-divided into different caste and sub-castes. Since every caste or sub-caste have their own culture and way of living there life's. One has to certainly agree that every one can live their life the way they like, but it also don't mean you should love your culture,, religion and caste and hate other religion or culture.

The beginning of Success

Why some people are more successful in their life, while most of them are not able to taste the fruit of victory, i.e. Success. It would not be wrong to say, word's victory correlates with Success, Whether it be war killing thousand and thousands of people for victory, or be winning someone's Heart.

Every ones have their own definition, Success per se their perception or their ways of Viewing Success. For Some, it Can be earning Money, power, Fame, love, relationship, Sex and lists will go on, and go on like anything. Success doesn't come's an easy hand, one need to have a pragmatic view to actualize, what one is seeking for?


But one must not forget, Success and failure are two side of a same coin. Why people don't succeed is not because of lack of dream, they dreamt. But it's because of the fact everyone wants to be successful, but no one is willing to give, what it takes to fulfill ones dream and be successful  in their spheres. One should have to will to build one's own way, don't go with the herds to be successful.

But, now comes a question in Everyone's mind, What it all takes to become Successful!
Since, every person has their own definition of success, as per their perception.
After going through article's and stories of many successful People, I came to know their were some features which were in common, and would like to share some of them.
Hard work And Persistence: Work hard! Push Harder! There is no key to success, until and unless One is willing to give 100% of their efforts. Along with hard work, There should be Consistence in your hard work. The combination of both will ultimately led to achieve your goal.
Failure and Learn from Mistake: "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."--Thomas Edison. Well said so by Mr Edison. If you haven't enjoy failure, then you can never be able to test the fruit of success.
Positive attitude: Having a positive attitude toward One's dream is also essential to keep your Motivation up. Just remember , why you started? What was the dream you want to see fulfilled?
Every day you are moving one obstacle out of your way and your one stairs up,then you were yesterday.
Belief: One just has to believe that, He can and will go to any limit to accomplish, what he has dreamed for. If you don't  believe yourself about achieving something, than it's obvious you will end up bringing in excuses, which will led to distractions. Hence, you would either feels lazy, uncomfortable, and you will end up giving excuses as you don't have a self belief that you can make it Happen.
Luck: At last, but not the least, Luck do play a bit of fortune to become successful.
But if one is 99% hardworking, its, in general luck will favor you.
